1.Introduction to PC Hollow Corrugated Sun Panels

PC hollow corrugated sun panels are a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly building lighting series product independently developed by Quanfu. Quanfu PC hollow corrugated panels adopt a four-layer rectangular structure, and the upper and lower ends of the panels are treated with hot-melt edge sealing, which completely eliminates the hidden danger of water vapor and dust entering the panel cavity during use.

PC hollow corrugated panels possess multiple characteristics such as excellent light transmittance, strong thermal insulation, high load-bearing capacity, outstanding waterproof performance, and easy installation. The corrugated structure can greatly enhance the load-bearing capacity of the panels. They can be matched with various types of color steel plates to form lighting belts, and can also be fully applied to: lighting roofs of large industrial plants, lighting roofs of large-span municipal venues, lighting roofs of various agricultural and commercial buildings, etc.

Quanfu provides a complete set of installation accessories. The uniquely designed sliding fixed base can effectively prevent the panel from arching caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The overlapping joint of corrugated upper and lower panels can effectively prevent water leakage. The number of installation accessories for corrugated hollow sun panels is approximately 1/5 of that for ordinary flat panels, which greatly saves the cost of installation accessories and manual installation.
